Purpose
Flowing out of intimacy with Jesus, our commitment to the urban poor compels us to share God’s love with the unchurched in Los Angeles by providing holistic, excellent health services that empower and serve community-based urban churches.

Vision
To establish church-based health outreaches in three communities. These outreaches include health fairs, clinics, and education programs which are extensions of World Impact church plants and other urban-church partners.

Objectives

• To communicate the love of Jesus Christ by word and deed in the inner city.
• To identify, prevent and educate regarding diabetes.
• To provide an opportunity for local Christian health professionals to use their training and skills to impact these target communities.
• To encourage and further the work of World Impact’s church-plant efforts.
