Flowing out of a desire to know Christ and to make him known, Shalom Outreach Initiative will facilitate a movement of church based Shalom Workers who are agents of church growth (disciple making) and transformational holistic development (of body, mind, and spirit/soul).

Description
Shalom Outreach Initiative is a church based community health worker program that empowers people in the church to educate their neighbors about diabetes and diabetes care while walking along side them and sharing the gospel.

Each Shalom Worker participates in a 4 month intensive training curriculum of leadership, diabetes and discipleship.
