A new LAUSD school, opened in fall of 2007 for 2500 students in our gang-infested neighborhood. What a tremendous opportunity for World Impact!

We will renovate a 9000-square-foot warehouse (circa 1935) across the street from this high school to use as a Community Center for Teens. (view design information) We will provide academic tutoring, counseling, mentoring, discipleship, leadership development, drama productions, college SAT prep classes, vocational planning, music classes and worship classes. It will be a safe place to make friends. Design plans include a coffee bar, multi-media equipment, a stage, a graffiti and artists’ wall, a game room, a kitchenette and classrooms. Help us train and equip leaders from the city!
